I’m Mackenzie Hernandez, a passionate Direct Support Professional with a rich five-year history of working alongside special needs individuals. My journey includes teaching in a special needs school and delivering behavioral therapy in classrooms and homes, fostering meaningful connections with families. In my personal life, I’ve been happily married for three years and share my love with two cherished dogs. As a proud member of the Nurturing Spirit team, I find immense fulfillment in helping the individuals we serve, making a positive impact every day.
